Great variety of food for all and for me. The latte was good, the pastry was good too. Staff service was excellent.

Tom the chef and the Waitress Rosy were both integral to help create a fantastic 40th birthday celebration, with the cafe providing a intimate private space for a laid back atmosphere amongst celebrating friends. It felt very special having the cafe to ourselves on a Saturday night and the food was also a big part of the enjoyment - Tom curating a delicious seasonal menu with minimal input (he was very laid back with the email comms. but delivered superbly) and professionally announcing each dish which was presented to a fancy, high-end restaurant quality. All the guests were raving about how nice it was and more importantly, my wife admitted she could not have planned a better evening herself to celebrate a big birthday. Well worth the expense as an excellent, intimate private dining experience. Many thanks Tom and the excellent Rosy!

Great food options, freshly cooked. Good coffee. Nice cakes (if they haven’t run out).

This place has been on my radar for ages and I made it there at last yesterday - had a bowl with a couple of salads, which were both delicious (and great value) and a really good flat white - love the design, we were in the cosy back room, and our waitress was really sweet and friendly. If I lived nearer I’d be hear a lot

A lovely little cafe with very friendly staff. We took my Granny here for a cup of coffee and a cake. The pastries were lovely! We will definitely come by again.

A real gem of this area - Popped in en route to Wakehurst and had coffee & pastry. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the decor was spot-on and coffee was top notch. Didn't eat lunch/dinner here, but would have liked to. I'd recommend this place.

Tom’s is a great Cuckfield coffee shop serving high quality drinks, snacks and light meals. We went early on a Sunday (around 9:45am) and had no problems getting seats but it gets VERY crowded later due to popularity. Coffee is first rate, mocha is delicious. We had pastries and a sausage sandwich. The almond croissant is legendary and the cinnamon rolls baked and iced on site. Delicious! Price is reasonable, service quick, but obviously will slow as it gets very busy. It’s dog friendly inside, and there’s a bit of outside seating if weather is good enough. Overall, highly recommended.

The food was great, although the service was a bit slow because of Saturday rush. I would use real corn tortillas instead of wheat ones. Lovely coffee, good ambiance, and even the middle-class voices were not that irritating I would recommend it.
